Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Settings page. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new plan's features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through Stripe. Payments are processed securely and your card details are never stored on our servers.

A conversation is counted when a visitor starts a new chat session with your chatbot. Multiple messages within the same session count as one conversation. The counter resets at the beginning of each billing month.

Yes! Starter includes 2 chatbots with additional bots at €9.90/month each. Professional includes 5 chatbots with additional bots at €4.90/month each. Each chatbot can have its own knowledge base, branding, and conversation flows.

Yes! Toggle the monthly/yearly switch at the top of the pricing section. Annual billing saves you 2 months — you pay for 10 months and get 12. Cancel anytime.

If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us at info@evonord.eu for a full refund. After 14 days, you can cancel anytime and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period.
